Immigrant moods of Ukrainians continue to grow. The fact that the population of Ukraine is uncomfortable in their country, says the fresh world happiness rating compiled by UN experts in March 2017. In this rating our state became the most unfortunate country in Europe and was placed on the 132nd place out of 155 surrounded by African states. The worsening of the situation according to the subjective estimates of people is evidenced by the decrease in the position of our country by 9 points compared to 2016.

At present, official bodies can not accurately calculate the number of our citizens who are permanently or temporarily working abroad. According to rough estimates, at least 5 million people.

On the peculiarities of the modern wave of labor migration, we talked with Tatyana Bugakova, the head of Work Garant, which provides services for the foreign employment of compatriots.

- Tatyana, what are the current migration trends for Ukrainian workers?.

- The situation with labor migration is changing along with the changing political and economic situation in Ukraine and in countries that accept our workers. In December 2016, the All-Ukrainian Association of Companies for International Employment, which includes Work Garant, commissioned a study of reviews of Ukrainian zarobitschans in order to identify their current moods. According to the results of this study, Poland became the most popular country for our employees (36%), followed by Russia (25%), followed by the Czech Republic and Germany (5% each), Italy, Portugal, Spain and Turkey.

- Why did most of our zarobitchans go to Poland?.

- The reasons for this are several. First, the payment of equal labor in Poland is much higher than in Ukraine. Poland is close to our country both territorially and by the mentality of the inhabitants. Poles and Ukrainians have similar languages, lifestyle and customs of the population, especially in the western and central regions of Ukraine. According to the customers of Work Garant, local residents are friendly to Ukrainians. But the main factor is that the Polish government is interested in the arrival of our employees. With a view to attracting them, a simplified procedure for employment, which has no analogues in other EU countries. Accepting Ukrainians, Poland fills up its growing economy with the labor force, and can also argue its refusal to accept undesirable refugees from North Africa and the Middle East.

- What should a Ukrainian do to find a job in Poland and what services does Work Garant offer?.

- First of all, it is necessary to find a Polish employer who wants to hire an employee of the relevant qualification. Contact this employer, convince him that the jobseeker is suitable for him, and receive an invitation. Then collect the documents, apply through the visa center to the consulate of the Republic of Poland, get a visa and go to work place. On the spot, conclude a contract and start making money. As you can see, the process is quite costly in time and effort. It can be difficult due to the language barrier. You also need to consider the risk of getting on an unfair employer.

Our company undertakes the entire process of communicating with the employer and processing the documents, up to the conclusion of the employment contract,.

In addition, Work Garant receives feedback from the employed customers, and in case of revealing signs of deception, terminates with such an employer cooperation, and helps people to settle in a new place.

In our title, the word "guarantor". It tells customers that the company guarantees legal employment in Poland with agreed working conditions and payment. Work Garant constantly improves its work based on the wishes of Ukrainians, contained in feedback on cooperation with us.
