In Stuttgart, Germany, activists held a protest against violators. They packed in cellophane film cars that were parked in the wrong way.
The action was held in a densely populated residential area in the south of Stuttgart. In addition to the cellophane film, activists glued to the windshield a note: "If you are able to park so, then you are a complete asshole". It is also worth noting that after the action the police of Stuttgart did not receive a complaint from the owners of cars, writes berliner-zeitung.
Activists claim that most such violators block their cars with footpaths, sidewalks, and bicycle paths. Due to improperly parked cars, pedestrians often do not see cars on the road, and children can not go to school or kindergarten on their own, and also ride bicycles.
After the action the authorities of the city reported that they will be more active in monitoring the observance of the rules of traffic by drivers and will increase the number of road inspectors. It is also planned to more actively take such cars to the penalty areas.
This problem exists in all major cities in Germany. In 2016, a similar action was held in Heidelberg. Then residents of the city local authorities allowed to glue blue stickers with miscarried cars in the city center.
