The shop for the production of mayonnaise is divided into two floors. In the first, the ingredients are packed, which are then fed to the Stefan cooking boilers.

The journalists unraveled the ingredients of mayonnaise, encrypted with Roman cipher, answered the gastronomic questions and recalled the formula of acetic acid. At the last stages the guests of the EHL were offered to feel themselves as tasters.
