Having examined the petition of the investigation, the court left the accused in custody until February 10. As reported by the local newspaper Mediaport, the trial of the Dronov case lasted about nine hours, while Dronov himself complained of poor health and asked to call an ambulance.
However, the investigating judge Svetlana Muratova granted the request of the prosecutor's office and extended the detention period for Dronov for 60 days.
In addition, the court ordered the suspect to provide medical examination.
In turn, the defense insisted on applying a preventive measure that was not related to detention. In their opinion, it would be enough round-the-clock home arrest using an electronic bracelet.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Kiev District Court of Kharkov, where yesterday passed a trial of Alena Zaitseva, a participant in the fatal accident in Kharkov, extended her measure of restraint until February 10, 2018.
