The corresponding decision on December 7 was made by investigating judge Vladimir Karaban. The defender and the accused asked to return Kaskiv's passports for traveling abroad, as well as other documents that give the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine, motivating the need to travel abroad to care for a young child. The court, having listened to the motivation of the parties and decided to return Kaskiv's passports.

However, Kaskiv is further obliged to arrive on the first request to the investigator, the prosecutor and / or the court, and also to inform the investigator, the prosecutor or the court about changing his place of residence.

Recall Vladislav Kaskiv was put on the international wanted list on suspicion of seizing in 2012 in collusion with other persons by means of the state budget of Ukraine for the amount of about 7.5 million hryvnia.

On November 1, he was extradited from Panama to Ukraine, on the same day the court elected him a preventive measure in the form of custody for a period of two months with the possibility of paying 160,000 hryvnia.
