Vitaly Trubarov, head of the State Property Fund, said on his Facebook page that, according to the court's decision, the contract for the purchase and sale of 92.791% stake in PJSC Ukrtelecom, signed between the fund and LLC ESU, owned by Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov, was terminated.

In addition, the court ordered the "State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine" to write off a package of shares of Ukrtelecom from the account of the "ECU" to the state's account.

At the same time for non-fulfillment of investment obligations with the "ESU" in favor of the state budget of Ukraine will be charged a penalty of $ 81.9 million dollars, as well as 243.2 thousand hryvnia of the court fee in favor of the State Property Fund.
