The lawsuit against the departments was submitted by People's Deputy of Ukraine Borislav Rosenblat. Ka reported on Friday, December 8, the press service of the District Administrative Court, the plaintiff requests the court to recognize the unlawful actions of NABU, which were agreed with the prosecutors of the SAP - to conduct against him operative-search actions.
Rosenblat also asks the court to oblige the detectives of the Bureau and the prosecutor's office to comply with the requirements of the current legislation on observance of guarantees of parliamentary immunity in the relevant criminal proceedings.
Preliminary trial is scheduled for January 30, 2018.
