Novo-Tikhvinsky Monastery collects Christmas presents for children from the villages of Verkhotursky district. The guys from the Ural provinces hope that their cherished dreams will be fulfilled on Christmas Day.. Children need even the simplest things and will be happy to receive as a gift developing games, good books, toys, things, sweets, skates, skis, sleds, cash donations.

Separately want to talk about the wishes of specific children. Thus, the Roman Catholic from the village of Deryabino dreams of any technique, designer and kind children's books. Every Sunday he and his mother come to Merkushino to the temple for service, where he behaves quite like an adult: he does not play pranks, time and correctly makes obeisances, obeys his mother. Roman attends Sunday school, never misses classes and does all the tasks. Roma is very fond of assembling designers, playing with military equipment, singing and reading (he himself learned!).

Ksyusha and her elder brother Stanislav live with their parents in the Eastern. Ksyusha is in grade 4, she is a responsible, kind, sympathetic girl. With joy helps my mother in all household chores. He likes to draw and read, so he will be very happy with colors, bright felt-tip pens, albums for drawing and good books. And especially she dreams of a big doll who can walk and talk herself. And that she was presented with a soft fluffy rabbit for some reason violet color. Parents also really want this dream to come true, but they can not please children with gifts - they lack the means.

Thirteen-year-old Lisa lives in the village of Kordyukovo and studies in the seventh grade, and also goes to Sunday school classes. Liza for the kids from Sunday school - just like Mom. At the services she watches the little ones, helps them in everything. After the service, she collects all the children for a meal, then leads to classes. Lisa is helping my mother in everything. She would very much like to have colorful encyclopedias and albums about the history and nature of Russia and books of classical Russian writers. But they live together with their mother, and the funds are not enough not only in the encyclopedia, but also on more pressing things. Liza really needs shoes - and winter, and summer, and winter clothing.

In the village of Karpunino live with his grandmother two brothers - Cyril and Mitya. Kirill is 12 years old, and Mite is 11. Grandma does not like grandchildren. They will bring firewood, and water, and the stove will be heated - everything helps with housework. Recently, my grandmother, along with Kirill, left for relatives in another city, and at that time Mitya washed all the floors in the house and put in order. Grandmother returns - everything glitters in the house. The brothers at school are well. Kirill has such a memory that he can repeat the next lesson without hesitation. Children like to play sports: skiing, playing football and always participate in all school activities - sports and not only. And on Sundays Cyril and Mitya come to Merkushino - go to the service, and then to Sunday school. Boys really dream about a designer, a football or at least one pair of skis for two. They understand that so far it's only a dream - where is it for grandma to save money on skis, but on a football. Here they become adults, so they will buy skis, and for the beginning grandmother - new pots, a smart tablecloth on the table and a nice iron.

Ten-year-old Varvara has a big and friendly family: loving hard-working parents, caring elder brothers and sisters. But my mother fell seriously ill, and my father was left without work. And now, Varvara no longer hopes to receive gifts for Christmas. And even before the presents, she would have warm things to go to school, a few kilometers to the neighboring village. She has long grown out of all the things she had. Yes, and with different handles, notebooks are difficult - these things in school use are just "essential", and end quickly, no matter how economical. And of course, any gift for Vary will be a great, unexpected joy. Especially a doll or a good book.

14-year-old Sonia and her nine-year-old brother Dima live in Karpunino. In addition to them, the family has two older sisters. Sonia and Dima are cheerful, sociable, cheerful and amicable. They love to play together. Sonia is a beautiful needlewoman. For her, a wonderful gift will be kits for needlework, beads, floss and everything that can be used for sewing and embroidery.

And Dima dreams of a real football and skiing. Still the guys really need winter things and school supplies - notebooks, pens, pencils.
