The prosecutor's office of the Oktyabrsky district conducted a large-scale inspection of the activities of management companies. The office found several houses in unsatisfactory condition, which are managed by three management companies - the Oktyabrsky District Housing and Utilities Administration, the Pioner Management Company and Remstroykompleks.

In these houses were leaky roofs, which led to the flooding of attics and apartments on the upper floors, there were no lights in the porches and courtyards, glass was knocked out in the windows of the porches, and in the basement there was water.

The prosecutor's office submitted to the leadership of the Criminal Code submissions with the requirements to eliminate violations of housing legislation.

Directors of offices are brought to disciplinary responsibility, and infringements are eliminated.

Besides, in connection with the revealed infringements the Office of Public Prosecutor of area concerning directors of managing organizations has raised administrative affairs on ст. 14. 3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, according to the results of consideration of which the heads of management companies are fined 50 thousand rubles each.
