Asbestos City Court announced the verdict of a former employee of one of the local banks. The head of the sector for servicing corporate clients in 1964 was found guilty of stealing securities worth more than 20 million rubles. The fraud was exposed by the bank's security service in 2016. Detectives from the unit for combating economic crimes have found that from 2010 to 2013 the banker stole the bills held by the bank in the bank's possession that belonged to the commercial enterprise.

According to Colonel Gorelykh, in 2010 a bank employee offered to the director of the company - the owner of securities - to exchange promissory notes with a par value of 3 million rubles for interest. The owner liked the idea for a total of 27 million rubles, a deal was made. However, as it turned out later, the bank employee did not properly register this operation in the automated system, accepted for the exchange of the bill did not pay off, leaving them in his. For three years, the woman has committed several such fake exchanges. The company from the total deposit returned only 6.5 million rubles.

In November 2016, the director of the enterprise, which owned the securities, applied to the bank with the request to cash out all the bills that were in storage. But it soon became clear that it was impossible to fulfill his request - no money, no bills by that time, there was already.
