The Ukrainian side of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination reports that representatives of certain districts of the Donetsk region (ORDO) fabricated a false letter allegedly from residents of the city. Gladosov to the first deputy head of the OSCE special monitoring mission, Alexander Hugu, regarding the illegal seizure of territory by Ukrainian servicemen.
"The ORDO media released information that the residents of the village of Gladosovo reportedly sent an open letter to the first deputy head of the CMM OSCE in Ukraine, Alexander Khugu. In their address, the "villagers" urged the OSCE representative to document the "fact" of the illegal seizure of the territory and the actions of Ukrainian servicemen who allegedly arrested and removed part of the civilian population in an unknown direction, "the Ukrainian side of the STCC said on the page of the press center of the ATO headquarters in Facebook.
However, as representatives of Ukraine noted, surveys of local residents showed that the signatories of this appeal never lived in the said settlement. "At the same time, even without a specialized graphological expertise, it can be seen that the signatures are made with one hand," the SCPC.
The actions of the ORDO leadership in fabricating such false information messages are regarded by the Ukrainian side as attempts to shift responsibility for the worsening of the situation in the Donbass to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
