The detainee tried to transfer a bribe to the First Deputy Chairman of the State Migration Service Dine Pimahovy. According to the report published on the website of the local self-government, for several months the son of the former People's Deputy of the Party of Regions Yuri Boyarsky, who works as a NABU agent, carried out illegal instructions of certain Buro leaders.

He repeatedly tried to provoke Pimakhov by offering her large sums of money for making illegal decisions on legalizing in Ukraine citizens of Vietnam and Iran. However, these people, as it turned out, did not even exist in reality.

Yesterday the detainee got caught trying to pass the first part of the bribe in the amount of 15 thousand dollars. The criminal actions of the agent of the NABU for provoking bribery of an official fall under the liability provided for by Article 370 of the Criminal Code - Provocation of bribery.
