Now over 900 thousand Sverdlovsk citizens will also be able to translate smartphones and tablets into 4G mode and tune in to long-term voice communication.

According to the Sverdlovsk Hydrometeorological Center, this year the pre-winter period in the region passes without sudden temperature fluctuations. Communicators prepared smartphones for Sverdlovsk residents to cold, filling them with communication.
