In the southern regions of the country, as well as the Azov Sea on November 27-28, strong wind is expected. This was stated in the message of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergencies. Until the end of November 27 and November 28 in Odessa, Kherson, as well as Zaporozhye, Donetsk regions and in the Azov region wind gusts are expected around 15-20 m / s.
At the same time, it is known that the weather forecasters warned about raising the level of water in the rivers in Transcarpathia. For example, on November 27, following the precipitation on the rivers of Transcarpathia, an increase in water levels is expected - about 0.3-1 m.
