This was announced on Sunday, November 26, by Vazira Martazinova, head of the Department of Climate Studies and Long-Range Forecasts of the Ukrainian Scientific and Research Meteorological Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

According to her, in Ukraine the beginning of winter will be the coldest. However, in January and February the situation will change. In addition, on some days of winter the cyclone will bring snowfalls, as well as rising and falling temperatures.

Weather Forecasters also recalled that the whole year in Ukraine the air temperature fluctuated and every five days of warming gave way to five days of cold snap. The same will be winter. Separate days will be frosty, and some will be warm. That is, the air temperature will change constantly. This is already our reality, "Martazinova said, adding that in December, January and February in our country, the air temperature will be the same as last year.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the State Service for Emergency Situations asks residents of Transcarpathia and Ivano-Frankivsk region to stay away from mountain travel. According to weather forecasters in the eastern part of Transcarpathia in connection with the approach of the frosty cyclone, which was formed in the north in the Baltic Sea, a significant avalanche hazard is expected. The level of danger, according to the forecasts of rescuers, will fluctuate at the limit of two or three points.
