In the Museum of Archeology of Kharkiv National University named after V. Karazin hosted a scientific conference-presentation "Problems of research and protection of the cultural and historical heritage of Ukraine. Results of field research in 2017 ".
The main goal of the conference is to show the results of this year's studies, as well as to popularize knowledge on history and archeology.
Scientists of Kharkov discussed the issues of studying and protecting archaeological monuments dating from the Paleolithic times to the late Middle Ages both in the territory of Slobozhansky Krai and in neighboring regions of Ukraine.
Within the framework of the conference in the Museum of Archeology of the University an exhibition of finds of archeological expeditions was opened during the field season of 2017.
KHARKIV Today visited the opening of the archaeological exhibition in the museum of KhNU named after V. Karazin.
The exhibition will last until December 30.
