A well-known Russian musician expressed his position on the Crimea and noted that all judgments on the historical territorial belonging of the Crimea considered "vain demagogy". He stated this in an interview with the publication "Dumskaya".
After the concert in Odessa, which was sold out in the Philharmonic, the leader of the legendary group "Time Machine" Andrei Makarevich talked to reporters and told his position on the Crimea, getting deeper into the history of the peninsula.
"If we talk about the Crimea, then I was against this story for one simple reason: all these arguments about what is historically ours or not ours is a vain demagogy. Historically, this is when? 50 years ago, 250 years ago or maybe 500 years ago? Or a thousand? Or 2500 years ago? Then we learn that the Crimea was Greek, and Byzantine, and Genoese, and Turkish. And whose only he was not. And let's now restore all these rights, "- said the musician.
