The court left him in custody until 15 January 2018. As reported by the Public Relations and Mass Media Department of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, during yesterday's meeting, the judge interrogated one prosecution witness and examined the defense's request for the cancellation of the preventive measure in the form of detention.
However, after reviewing the case, the judge decided to leave Efremov in custody. The trial in criminal proceedings continues, the next meeting will be held on November 28 at ten o'clock in the morning. This meeting is scheduled to question two witnesses - added to the GPU.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Efremova is accused of organizing the seizure of the building of the Lugansk regional state administration, aiding in the capture of the management of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Lugansk region, as well as separatism.
