This was announced during the conference by Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine Ivan Lischina. According to him, this is connected with massive violations of human rights, as well as unfair observance of the letter of the law by a number of officials, politicians and citizens.

Leshchina noted that the new Criminal Procedure Code received positive feedback from the Council of Europe.

Political repression against Ukrainian citizens who were forcibly taken into custody also require the intervention of international judicial bodies.

In addition, Justice Minister Pavel Petrenko said that it is necessary to continue judicial pressure against the Russian Federation, but it is impossible to file a single lawsuit with all the comments.

As reported in the "URA-Inform", recently Ukraine filed a second lawsuit in the ECHR against Russia.
