In addition, the operatives found that the owner of the shop, despite the fact that he had the registration of an entrepreneur, did not have any documents for processing the stone.

Therefore, investigators came to preliminary conclusions that the actions of an alien can be qualified as the acquisition of property by criminal means, for which he faces up to three years in prison. The cost of the seized will be determined by experts.
