"As the Mayor of Gennady Kernes has already said, modern" Transparent Offices "are planned to open in all districts of Kharkov. And today a decision has been made to create two centers, each of which will unite the two districts of Kharkov, "said Larisa Bolgova.

According to her, the office for residents of Novobavarsky and Kholodnogorsky districts will be opened on the street. Blagoveshchenskaya, 25, where the reconstruction of the building is currently underway, and for residents of the Main and Slobodsky districts - on the street. Plekhanovskaya, 42, where preparatory work was also begun.

Recall that today in Kharkov, there are two centers for the provision of social services "Transparent Office" - in Shevchenko and Kiev districts. There are more than 200 administrative services, 66 social services and 17 - pension.

The work of the offices is fully automated, due to what the time for receiving services by visitors takes no more than 15 minutes. The premises of the centers are equipped in accordance with the needs of visitors with disabilities, in particular, video and audio warning systems. In addition, in September this year in Kharkov, the Regional Service Center was opened, which provides about 400 administrative and social services. The services of the center are used not only by Kharkiv residents and residents of the region, but also by representatives of other cities of Ukraine.
