A curious case occurred in Severouralsk. There the motorist had to complain to the prosecutor's office on a world judge who deprived him of his rights for a drunken ride, which in fact was not.

In October 2016, the magistrate brought the North Urals to administrative responsibility for drunken driving. The man was discharged a fine of 30 thousand rubles and was stripped of his rights for 1.5 years. However, later it turned out that with a fake rights, in which his name and surname were indicated, drunk was driven by a completely different driver, who had previously been deprived of the rights for drunk driving.

The man was tried and convicted of repeated drunken driving, awarding 250 hours of compulsory work and forfeiture of rights for 2 years.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk Region sent a protest in the course of supervision to an enforceable ruling of the peace judge issued in October 2016 against a man who did not actually commit the offense against him. The prosecutor's protest was satisfied, the court quashed his decision and returned the innocent right.
