The woman extorted from candidates for joining the civil service money for knowledge of the state language. Police detained the extortionist.

As reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office, on October 30, 2017, an employee of one of the local universities was detained. The perpetrator for a bribe of six thousand hryvnia promised to influence the adoption by the certification commission of a decision on the free possession of the state language for attestation of persons applying for entry into the civil service.

Against the detainee is opened a criminal case under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine Abuse of influence. The sanction of this article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of two to five years.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, employees of the Security Service of Ukraine on Wednesday, November 1, exposed the head of the Sumy Economic Court. The judge demanded more than 26 thousand dollars from the local businessman. For this money, the bribe promised to "solve" the land issue.
