Deterioration of weather conditions, sharp frosts and frosts hit three regions of the country. In the Kharkov region, without light, there were two settlements, and in the Donetsk region about six settlements. Most of the disaster caused damage in the Lugansk region, there are 11 electricity settlements without electricity.
The service was informed that brigades of oblenergos were involved in the restoration of electricity supply to settlements, and repair teams for repairing electric power. Earlier, the department conducted extensive repair work in the Kiev, Zhytomyr, Chernigov and Khmelnytsky regions.
