A student of the third year of the technological faculty of the Ural State Art University, Valery Grinberg, went on an internship in Germany to realize her childhood dream - to open the stable. Foreign practice lasted six months and was held at the German countryside farm Klaashof, where the horses of the Hanover breed are bred. Klaashof is located in the village of Kampen Well in the north of Germany. Area of ??the farm - 7 hectares of land. It includes 11 fields, 2 stables, 4 corrals, an indoor playpen, utility rooms.

Six months, from the middle of April to the middle of October, Valeria lived in the owner's house, performed household duties and practically all the work on the farm. Every day the Russian student fed, trained animals, worked with difficult horses and young animals, cleaned pens, helped veterinary specialists, worked on a tractor. By the way, the girl learned technology in Germany. The only salvation from deadly fatigue was the automation of labor. The farm used modern automated feeding troughs. They gave out a portion of the feed, reading the horse's personal code on the collar. This made it easy to track how well the animal feeds.

"On my farm, pregnant horses are kept in separate boxes equipped with video cameras. The owner has the opportunity of his house around the clock to monitor the condition of the animal. In addition, horses are given a special belt, which informs about the imminent approach of delivery. In my opinion, these are ideal conditions for animals and humans. In Germany, there are special machines for cleaning the fields, for example, vacuum cleaners or trailers to the tractor. In general, the land is different, why it is treated differently. Riding horses are fed with a minimum number of additives, because the quality of cultivated feed rarely requires special additions, "says Valery Grinberg.

Among the wards of the Ural student were 7 horses. Four of them are young, and the remaining adult pedigree animals. The main task of the farm is to produce Hanoverian horses for jumping. Victoria Grinberg was lucky not only to train animals, but also to participate with them in special shows. One of the horses of the Klaashof farm, where the student of UrgaUU was trained, was recognized as the best in Germany among other representatives of the breed. Experts from the Hanover Club evaluated animals according to the exterior, breed, customs, structure, running, jumping through obstacles.

"I was lucky enough to deal with the legendary horse - the best representative of his breed. To attend international competitions in acrobatics in the saddle and get acquainted with the Russian horse-rider Larisa Busina. Communicate with the presidents of the Hanover Club from Moscow, America, Australia and New Zealand. Tour all of Lower Saxony. Learn German culture and learn their language. Thanks to foreign experience, I was convinced that the breeding of horses is a really interesting thing, which has the personification. No matter how hard it is for you, you always know for whom you work. In order to realize my dream, I still have to understand the economy, understand which horses and what exactly is better to breed in Russia, "- says a student of the third year of the technological faculty of the Urals State University.

For foreign internships from the Ural State University this year 8 students.

The guys visited Germany, Austria and America. We learned about the peculiarities of keeping and breeding farm animals and conducting agrotechnical work abroad. In the framework of international programs, interns were paid accommodation, meals and a monthly stipend was paid. In addition to interesting practice, students had the opportunity to travel, get acquainted with foreign culture and learn the language.
