Thus, the OSCE monitoring mission previously recorded an increase in the number of explosions in the Donetsk region. Such data are contained in the mission's report on the third October. If on October 2 the number of recorded explosions stopped at 23, then the next day, 46 explosions were observed.
At the same time, the mission was informed about a decrease in violations of the ceasefire in the region. In Luhansk, the monitoring mission noted an increase in the number of such violations on October 3 - there were six explosions.
As reported URA-Inform, earlier in the OSCE planned to submit a report on the foreign mission members.
