According to his information, two fires in the warehouse were established. One of them was at the place of storage of ammunition for howitzers "Tulip", and the second - MLRS "Hurricane".

At the same time shells for the "Hurricane" were stored in a well-reinforced concrete bunker, "Ruvin explained, adding that the blast from the outside could not be initiated in any way.

The head of the expert group also noted that the protection of the arsenal in Kalinovka was insufficient.
