The Ministry of Health also explains that the patient will be able to conclude a declaration with the family doctor at any time, even during the first visit, when he needs medical help.

In addition, in the outpatient department of the family doctor will become free basic tests.

"If the family doctor will require additional funds for treatment, you can file a complaint with the National Health Service, as well as replace the doctor," the ministry explained..
