Rescuers continue to mine the area after explosions in ammunition depots. To date, about a thousand explosive items have already been discovered.

As it was said in the operational report of the press service of the State Service for Emergency Situations, pyrotechnics continue to fulfill requests from the public to identify suspicious objects. Since the beginning of the work, 358 applications have been received, of which 358 have been completed.

Rescuers during this time examined for the presence of explosive objects 18.876 thousand hectares. Now there is a cleaning from the explosive objects of the terrain outside the settlements in the 10-km zone around the arsenal.

In total, during the work on humanitarian demining, it was found, seized and handed over to representatives of 48 arsenals - 998 explosive items, - told the State Emergency Service.
