On the night of January 29, 2017, the defendant entered into a conflict with her partner who was in a state of intoxication. During the quarrel, a woman grabbed a knife and stabbed her in the chest to her beloved, who immediately calmed down. The guests who watched the event offered to call an ambulance, but the victim refused and continued to drink. Later they held guests, the hostess went to bed, and her companion sat down on the bed.

In the morning, a woman found a roommate without signs of life.

According to the conclusion of the forensic medical examination, the death of the victim came from a stabbing-cut wound of the chest, complicated by blood loss.

The court sentenced the woman to imprisonment for 7 years with serving in a correctional colony of general regime. In addition, with the convicted in favor of the relatives of the deceased, the court ruled to collect 500 thousand rubles in compensation for moral damage.
