According to the press service of the Court of Appeal of the city of Kiev, the judge made a new decision according to which the petition of the senior investigator for especially important cases of the special investigation department of the Department of Special Investigations of the General Prosecutor's Office on the application of the preventive measure in the form of custody against Lavrynovych.

Accordingly, the Court of Appeal overturned the decision of the Pechersk District Court of Kiev to elect him a preventive measure in the form of arrest for two months. By the same decision, the Court of Appeal ruled to release Lavrynovych from custody in the courtroom.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Lavrynovych is suspected of committing a criminal offense under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine Actions aimed at violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or to seize state power.
