The Russian court on Monday, September 25, ruled that the Ukrainian will be in jail until November 30. Thus, the arrest was extended for another two months.

This was reported in his Twitter lawyer journalist Mark Feigin. According to him, the relevant decision was taken by the Moscow court.

At the same time, he assured that the protection of the Ukrainian would be such a decision to appeal.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, Sushchenko was detained in Moscow on September 30, 2016 for allegedly "espionage action". The FSB claims that Sushchenko is a colonel of Ukrainian intelligence. Sushchenko himself does not admit his guilt.
