The prosecutor's office through the court has obtained from the city administration that she cleared this house of stinking garbage and brought him into a suitable state for living.

"In apartment number 117 lived a man who led an antisocial lifestyle. He brought and kept in the apartment various rubbish and rubbish. After the death of the tenant, large-sized garbage was partially removed from the apartment. At the same time, housing was still littered. The garbage in the apartment is a source of unpleasant odor, spreading throughout the premises of the apartment house.
