In particular, at the moment without electricity on the morning of September 23, 2017. there were inhabitants of eight regions at the same time, namely: Donetsk region - 30 settlements, Kiev region - 30 n. , in the Poltava region - 20 n. , on Vinnitchin - 14 N. , in the Odessa region - 14 N. , and also in Zaporizhzhya - 13 n. , Dnepropetrovsk - 2 N. n and Cherkassin - 8.
