Until the end of this year, "Atomstroykompleks" will be released for another new site for construction. Another project for the development of built-up areas the company implements on Elmash, in the area of ??the streets Polzunova - Danilovskaya - Zamyatin. Now the process of concluding agreements for resettlement with owners of dilapidated housing stock is being completed, the company plans to enter the construction site by the end of the year.

Two houses are projected at the development site: a 12-storey house with public facilities on the first floor, facing the main facades to the streets of Danilovskaya and Zamyatin, and a 21-storeyed candle in the backyard. The complex has an underground parking.

"The work on the project was preceded by a deep town-planning analysis of the territory," said Yekaterina Spirina, director of design at Atomstroykompleks. - We thoroughly studied the existing routes in the area, analyzed how they go to shops, to transport stops, to kindergartens and schools, and on the basis of this information we tried to make the most functional project possible. This is a classic case where the form is subject to the content.

The complex will be very functional, with rational layouts for both apartments and public spaces ".

Currently, the project documentation for the complex is in the process of approval, the facade decisions are approved. To finish the exterior facades, silicate bricks of brown and beige shades will be applied, the end and inner facades will be solved in white. The joining element will be decorative yellow grilles in the window sills, as well as inserting tape glazing on some floors.
