The minimum amount of a contribution for capital repairs of common property in apartment buildings in the Sverdlovsk region will be increased. The relevant resolution was signed by Governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev.

Since January 1, 2018, the townspeople will pay at least 9 rubles per square meter of space that belongs to the owner. This is 48 kopeks more than the current rate, which is valid until the end of this year.

We note that the amount of the contribution will not change in 2019 and 2020.

Kuyvashev also approved the size of the estimated cost of capital repairs of an apartment building for 2018-2020. It will be differentiated depending on the degree of comfort of the building and the type of facade and will be from 3528.80 to 3888 rubles per square meter.
