According to her, 86 children who can be adopted are children under the age of five. 694 children have brothers and sisters, 87 children have a disability.
There are 106 prospective adoptive parents registered in Kharkov Oblast. Of these, 85 are married couples, and the rest are single women.
Total as of September in 2017. in the Kharkov region 72 children were adopted. Of these, eight children were taken by foreign nationals.
