Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman instructed the heads of the provinces to check all public facilities, primarily the places where children and old people stay, for compliance with safety rules. The decision was dictated by the need to prevent the future situation in Odessa - when in the children's camp "Victoria" as a result of the fire the children were killed.

The Head of Government stressed that the situation when negligence, helplessness and abuse lead to loss of lives, especially of children, is unacceptable. "We sent a special group of investigators in order to conduct a thorough investigation and bring all the perpetrators to justice," said Vladimir Groisman.

He added that the existing moratorium on inspections in Ukraine is "not a reason for abuse". "Today we will make a decision - check all the objects. We do not have an end in itself to fine. The task is to ensure an appropriate level of security, "said Vladimir Groisman.
