Kamyshlovskaya interdistrict prosecutor's office with the involvement of specialists from the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration in the Sverdlovsk Region and Rospotrebnadzor on the appeal of the villagers of Borisov on violations of environmental legislation that posed a threat to the negative impact on the environment carried out a review of the implementation of environmental legislation in the activities of farms of JSC "Svinokompleks Uralskiy" located in the territory of Kamyshlovsky district.

It is established that in the course of the production activity of the pig complex, waste of the third hazard class is formed, the removal of which is provided by the sewage collector system to the receiving tanks, from where through the pumping stations to the lagoons. In fact, after neutralization, the waste poured out into the surrounding fields, which had a slope towards the Bolshaya Kalinovka River, as a result of which everything merged into the river. As a result, coliform bacteria, thermotolerant coliform bacteria, viable eggs of helminths. The analysis of water confirmed this.

Based on the results of the inspection with respect to the officer of JSC "Svinokompleks Uralsky", the prosecutor's office instituted an administrative case under Article. 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (non-compliance with environmental and sanitary-epidemiological requirements in the collection, accumulation, use, disposal, transportation, placement and other handling of production and consumption wastes, ozone depleting substances or other dangerous substances). In addition, the head has been introduced to eliminate violations of the law.
