On September 15 Pechersk District Court of Kiev arrested Lavrynovych for 60 days. According to the court's decision, the former Minister of Justice was taken into custody right in the courtroom.
As reported URA-Inform, the prosecutor's office suspects Lavrynovych of committing a criminal offense under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine Actions aimed at violently changing or overthrowing the constitutional order or seizing state power.
