Each family of dead children will receive 200 thousand hryvnia each. They will also be compensated for all funeral expenses.

On this Sunday, September 17, during a meeting with parents of children, the mayor of Odessa declared Gennady Trukhanov. He also assured that families of victims will receive UAH 100,000 each. Families of other children who rested in the burnt corps will receive 20 thousand hryvnia each.

At the same time, the mayor of the city noted that he had been approached by more businessmen from the city who offered their help. If children or families will need some kind of rehabilitation or special help, they will also have it, "Trukhanov explained, adding that he promised an independent and objective investigation of the incident and responsibility for all those involved.

Absolutely all the culprits must be held accountable, "he said, noting that he does not absolve himself from responsibility.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the fire in the camp "Victoria" arose around midnight on Friday. The fire completely destroyed a two-story wooden building in which, at the time of the fire, 52 children. After extinguishing the fire rescuers discovered the burned remains of two children.

Another girl was searched both at the site of the fire and in the vicinity of the camp, where she supposedly could escape, frightened. Soon the police reported that the remains of another person were found on the site of the fire.

On the death of children the police opened a criminal case on the preliminary qualification of the Criminal Code of Ukraine Violation of the fire safety requirements established by the legislation.
