Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Andrey Chibis highly appreciated the quality of capital repairs of apartment buildings in the Uralsk capital. In particular, the federal official managed to inspect three houses, where the repair work has already been completed, or are at the final stage. The arrival of a representative of power in the Ural capital is connected with the start of the IV All-Russian Congress of Regional Operators of Major Renovation. Within the framework of the congress, a federal official, accompanied by regional authorities, was asked to conduct a federal audit of the work of regional operators.

The first houses, which showed Andrei Chibis, were the buildings at the address: Latvian, 14 and Latvian, 16. Houses were built before the 1940s and, according to the old-timers, have never been repaired. In the autumn of last year, at two addresses, they began to simultaneously change the slate roofing and to insulate the attic from the inside.

"All that is needed for these two houses, we have already finished. The total cost is more than 11 million rubles. We insulated the roof, replaced all internal engineering, repaired the facade, blind areas and basements, "the Deputy Minister told during the inspection of houses.

Despite the comments from the experts, the federal official "goes to people": he asks the tenants whether they are happy with the repair, whether the work was done on the houses just before the check-in and that they would like to correct from the already done.

"The most important thing is that our district is paid attention to law enforcement agencies. Well, the police. So that hooligans and drunkards do not settle on the playground. At us here in the beginning of building already tried to steal heaters from roofs. We ran away, as we found out, and the police could not find anyone. Let them look after our houses, please, "- said the resident of the house in Latvia, 14 Leonid Dreizin.

During the inspection, Andrei Vladimirovich was shown a renovated roof, insulating boxes inside the porches and interior decoration of the premises. Andrei Chibis was not too lazy and went into the basement.

"Overall, I'm happy. I tried to contact the management company, where I was respectfully and amicably answered. The level of service is very important, so you're not afraid that you will be sent over the phone far away. But it is still evident that there is something to strive for: the outer boxes of isolation are crooked and not installed everywhere. The same is true inside - all the wires and engineering are sticking out. you need to harvest! ", - said Andrey Chibis.

Already the delegation went from Compressor microdistrict to the city center. Specially for Adrey Chibis and Sverdlovsk Minister of Energy and Housing and Public Utilities Nikolay Smirnov, an excursion was made to one of the entrances of the house on Sacco and Vanzetti, 111 "a". Ilya Sotonin, Director for Development of the Management Company "League of Housing and Utilities", showed the entrance group, the entrance and the elements of the interior decoration.

"It all started with the fact that we repaired the entrance group. It turned out well. And we decided to put a glass door for the tenants, so that at the entrance to the house they would see who is in the entrance and could feel safe. Then they repaired and painted the first and second floors of the porches with anti-vandal paint. Residents liked the top floors, and they asked to do it, "- said Ilya Sotonin.

Repair of a pilot entrance cost the company 450 thousand rubles. 100 of them were taken from the housing stock of the house, and the remaining 350 - fully paid for the MC. In the management of the company "League of Housing" now there are almost 30 houses, a year later in these houses are planned similar changes.

"I saw in Facebook photos. What is there such a management company that repairs houses. I had doubts. I thought it was just a beautiful picture. Now I see, this is very cool. I recommend that you look at all management companies for what this house looks like. This is how the entrances in our country should look like.. I think that the company will share breadboard models with us, and we will be able to distribute this sample throughout Russia, "the federal official shared his impression of the repair.

"It takes into account all the wishes of residents, down to the smallest detail.
