ECHR accepted the case of Ukrainian Mushroom

The European Court of Human Rights made a decision on Monday, September 11, to adjourn the consideration of the application of Rule 39 of the Rules of Court to obtaining the necessary information from the Government of the Russian Federation. As the Minister of Justice Pavel Petrenko said on his Facebook page, the case was opened on the recommendation of Igor Grib, the father of the kidnapped guy.



The court also decided to demand from the Russian side data on the state of health of Paul for further consideration of the case. To provide this information, Russia was given strings until September 25, 2017.

Recall, according to lawyer Grib Andrei Sabinin, his client does not receive any medicines within 18 days.

As reported URA-Inform, lawyer of the Ukrainian Paul Grib, who is held in the Krasnodar SIZO, on Monday, September 11, he could still meet with his client.
