The country is ready to prohibit the use of cars with exhaust gases at the legislative level until 2032.

However, the Scots are not yet ready to fully provide themselves with electric vehicles. The authorities plan to increase the financing of programs that stimulate change on environmentally friendly transport.

There is also a program for the gradual increase in the number of electric fuel stations along all the country's highways.

Scottish officials are confident that the ecological purity of their region will be an additional incentive for investment and the influx of a number of corporations.

Note that more than a third of Ukrainians want to buy electric cars.

As reported in URA-Inform, that soon Ukraine will see firsthand "Synchronous" - a new electric car of Ukrainian production, the lototype of which has already been created.
