This device for filming was created by a resident of the Kharkov province, Joseph Timchenko, two years before the first Lumiere brothers. Where is stored the original invention of Timchenko, today is unknown. The device, which will be exhibited in the cinema, was made according to the drawings found in the Kharkiv archive.

On September 8-10, "Bommer" will show the best Ukrainian short films, which took part in national and international film festivals.
