Abroskin calls the war in the Donbass a significant catalyst for the growth of banditry, since many return from there with weapons in their hands, and not always they manage to adapt to a peaceful life.
Secondly, this is the standard of living of the Ukrainian population. In many areas, men go abroad for work, and therefore the crime situation in the region is much less.
Also, there are serious consequences of the "law of Savchenko", because of which many repeat offenders did not stay half the time.
Abroskin also complains about the level of professionalism of the police officers, since, according to him, as a result of the lustration, many policemen who had nothing to do with the "regionals" were thrown out "on the street".
As reported in the "URA-Inform", recently the first deputy head of the National Police appointed Vyacheslav Abroskin.
