The prosecutor's office of the Dzerzhinsky district of Nizhny Tagil conducted a check on the fact that a seven-year-old boy was injured as a result of a traffic accident.

On the afternoon of February 18, 2017, the driver driving the car Skoda Octavia, following an intra-quarter passage near the house number 98 in the village of Pokrovskoe-1, violating the traffic rules, shot down a young child.

As a result of the accident, the boy was injured in the form of a bruise of the anterior abdominal wall. The child experienced fear and physical suffering. The driver disappeared from the scene of the road accident, he did not inquire about the child's well-being.

On the fact of an accident by the traffic police authorities, the driver was brought to administrative responsibility by h. 1 st. 12.

27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (failure of the driver to perform the duties provided for by the Traffic Regulations in connection with the traffic accident to which he is a party) in the form of a fine.

In addition, the Dzerzhinsky district prosecutor's office appealed to the court in the interests of the minor with a statement of claim to recover from the culprit road accident compensation for moral harm caused to the child.

The court, based on the results of the examination of the statement of claim, recovered from the citizen in favor of the minor and his legal representative against the moral damage compensation of 15,000 rubles.
