Law enforcers soon managed to establish and bring to justice a local resident who painted a monument called "Defenders of Ukraine". Such data was disseminated in the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Unitary Enterprise. It turned out that the man posted a photo of the monument in the social network, which he painted.
Soon the identity of the bully was established by law enforcers. It is a 31-year-old local resident, married, but not working. For the committed person will be prosecuted under Article 173.
