"Putting the standards of the TRP should not be hampered by any organizational or bureaucratic delays. In each municipality there should be testing centers, and everyone should be able to freely come and test their strength for compliance with the TRP standards, "said Evgeny Kuyvashev.

The Sverdlovsk region was one of the first regions to implement the TRP system, including in educational institutions, with a pilot site in 2017, where TRP standards are for people with disabilities.

At the moment, more than 25,000 Uralians have already participated in the surrender of regulations, almost every third of them has successfully coped with the task. At the same time, the planned rate for the passed standard in the country is 20%.
