Strong rain caused the descent of mudflows in the mountains. One stream came down on the day of August 29 to a regional road at the foot of the mountains. A stream covered the car parked on the road. There were no people in it.

The car was removed from the mud with the help of a winch. The second stream blocked the road between the tunnels on the way to Krasnaya Polyana, he blocked in the tunnel two dozen cars with tourists. In the cars were about 30 people, including ten children. There are no victims. First of all rescuers evacuated children, adults waited their turn in cars. By morning all the people were evacuated, the road by 10 o'clock - cleared. However, continuing rains can provoke the descent of new mudflows.

And at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level in Krasnaya Polyana, the first snow fell. Last year, the first snow was coming in these places at the end of September. True, users of social networks claim that it was hail, not snow.

Krasnodar department of the Ministry of Emergency Measures spread an emergency warning: thunderstorms, hail, strong wind are forecasted in the region, tourists are recommended to refrain from hiking in the mountains.
